MIS/IT OFFICER
Job Description:
Responsible for managing and maintaining the company's IT infrastructure, systems, and network operations, ensuring data security, system efficiency, technical support, and continuous improvement of technology processes to support business operations.
Job Qualification:
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or any related field.
At least 1-3 years of experience in IT support, systems administration, or network management.
Knowledgeable in hardware and software troubleshooting, network configuration, and system maintenance.
Experience with ERP systems, POS systems, or business applications is an advantage.
Proficient in Microsoft Office 365, Windows OS, and basic networking tools.
Familiar with server management, database systems, and basic cybersecurity practices.
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle multiple IT concerns simultaneously
