Role: BMS Engineer
JD:
Able to lead, assess, develop, and coach a technical team and provide technical input to resolve operational facility related problems
Ensure 100% availability of all critical infrastructure systems within the technical facilities and undertake strategic planning for required shutdowns and maintenance activities.
Assist in the design and operational strategies for the facility infrastructure.
Manage all aspects of CCTV, access control capacity planning, system deployment and decommissioning activities.
Thorough knowledge of critical infrastructure components that include, but are not restricted to, CCTV, access control and other security systems fire suppression systems, and security systems.
Maintaining the asset inventory and management of spare equipment in liaison with the respective groups in it and facilities where required.
Plan organization-wide activities (setting objectives, developing strategies, budgeting, developing policies and procedures, and organizing the functions necessary to accomplish the activities)
Monitor and test fixes to ensure problems have been adequately resolved.
Track and analyze trends in Service Now incident, request and change requests and generate statistical reports for management, maintaining a product catalog.
Identify customer needs, manage major end to end initiatives and utilities and ability to manage access control system equipment.
Should have good knowledge regarding ACS equipment (Controller / Reader / CCTV etc.)
Must have minimum knowledge of networking.
Preparing the shift roster monthly wise and assigning to team members.
Handling the onsite locations shift engineers.
Preparing some report generation according to customer need and sharing the same to Mgmt weekly basis.
