Negotiable Permanent contract Full Time
Management Information System
1. Monitors and Review the needs of the company; employees and customers related to Information management systems, data processing, and distributed processing for end users.
2. Establishes budgets for hardware and software.
3. Establishes procedures and standards for access to data processing facilities and the data itself.
4. In-Charge of the Company Property Assets Inventory and tagging.
5. Provides technical support for E-mail, file server, and communication problems such as internet connection, network problems (back ups/virus scan), security camera, PLDT, Smart and Globe concerns.
6. Assists in the development and implementation of HRIS.
7. Schedules and Performs Preventive and Corrective Maintenance.
8. Creates policies and procedures related to MIS and provides accurate reports to Management as needed.
9. Performs other functions that may be assigned by immediate superior from time to time.
10. Ensures attainment of MIS Targets and Quality Objectives.
11. Establishes, Monitors, Revises, and reviews QMS documents and forms.
12. Analyzes Root Causes and Proposes Corrective Actions for non-conformances.
Data Protection Officer
1. Responsible in compliance with the DPA, its IRR, issuances by the NPC and other applicable laws and policies.
2. Ensures the conduct of Privacy impact Assessments.
3. Advise the PIC or PIP regarding complaints and /or the exercise by data subjects of rights (e.g. Requests for information, clarifications, rectification, or deletion of personal data).
3. Ensures proper data breach and security incident by the PIC or PIP.
4. Informs and cultivates awareness on privacy and data protection.
5. Advocate for the development, review and/or revision of policies, guidelines, projects, and/or programs relating to privacy and data protection, by adopting a privacy-by-design approach.
6. Cooperates, coordinates and seek advice of the NPC.
7. Serves as the contact person of the PIC or PIP vis a vis data subjects, the NPC, and other authorities in all matters concerning data privacy or security.
8. Performs other duties and tasks that may be assigned by the PIC or PIP that will further the interest of data privacy and security and uphold the rights of the data subjects.
Requirements
Minimum education level: Bachelor ́s Degree
5 years of experience
Language(s): English ,Tagalog
