Job Description
Identify and develop new customers
Create strong relationships with existing customers
Plan, execute and prioritize sales activities to convert potential inquiries into orders
Achieved targets, business plans and sales goals assigned
Maximize financial profitability thru value-based selling
Work closely with product specialists locally and principal companies
Respond and follow up on customers inquiries in a timely and professional manner
Initiate strongly and implement marketing and sales activities
Participate in promotional activities i.e., exhibitions, marketing and product presentations
Awareness in competitors' products, pricing and market statistics
Manage and collaborate receivables with finance department
Prompt submission of sales update, activities and performance on a weekly basis
Perform other duties as maybe assigned
Knowledge and Skills Requirements
Preferably BS Mining Engineer Graduate
3 - 7 years of work experience as a sales engineer in mining equipment
Proven track record in consultative selling and providing complex solutions
Excellent written and communication skills
Excellent presentation and creativity skills
Willing to travel local and overseas
Open minded and a team player
Excellent knowledge in computer application
Detail-oriented. Pay attention to details
Customer relationship-oriented
Good driver and have a valid driving license
