Job Description
Solicits direct Migrant accounts.
Monitors migrant related activities and production.
Conducts migrant insurance related orientations and presentations specially for big and prospective recruitment agencies/government to government hire accounts.
Attends to inquiries of agents and prospective clients concerning migrant insurance program.
Assists the Manager in handling concerns regarding migrant.
Prepares periodic reports as needed.
Work mutually with the FMID team.
Prepares migrant proposals generation and monitors the status.
Improves the Policy and Procedure Manual of Migrant by bringing up new, creative and constructive ideas.
Perform duties that may be assigned by the Manager from time to time.
