Morning Shift
Responsibilities: Develop and implement social media marketing strategies to promote brand awareness, generate leads, and drive customer engagement
Create and curate compelling and shareable content for various social media platforms, including text, images, videos, and infographics
Manage and maintain social media accounts, ensuring consistent branding, voice, and messaging across all platforms
Engage with followers, and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner, fostering a positive brand image
Monitor social media trends, platforms, and tools to stay updated on best practices, emerging features, and industry benchmarks
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field is preferred
Proven experience as a Social Media Marketing Specialist or similar role, with a focus on managing social media platforms and campaigns
Strong understanding of social media marketing strategies, content creation, and community management
Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social) to schedule posts, monitor engagement, and analyze performance
Familiarity with social media advertising platforms and experience in creating and optimizing paid campaigns
In-depth knowledge of popular social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube
