Overall Position Objectives
As a Mid-level ReactJS Developer, you will be responsible for creating amazing user experiences working with experienced and passionate backend developers, designers, and digital producers. Working with your project manager, you will be spearheading new website development on the ReactJS and Shopify platforms while collaborating with the development team to innovate and discover new solutions.
Position Prerequisites
Experience in ReactJS Development
Knowledge in Full Stack Development
Extensive experience in HTML and CSS
Experience in Angular/Node/Vue or any other JavaScript frameworks
An opinionated and specific way to code
Education
Tertiary qualification in Computer Science, IT, or similar is not essential but highly regarded
Personality Fit
A quick learner - in a fast-paced area of JavaScript frameworks, your ability to take on the latest changes and understanding is key
Takes ownership and responsibility for complete work
Exceptional attention to detail - eyes like a Tarsier
Well-organized
A problem solver
Strong lateral thinker
Ability to communicate ideas to the team and know the steps to achieve them
Understanding of "why" not just "what" you do
Has the "I can't let this fail" attitude
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
