Your key tasks<\/strong><\/p>
As a Microsoft Collaboration Engineer you will be responsible for the design, configuration, implementation, as well as management of M365 tools, with a focus on productivity and collaboration solutions. Furthermore, you will also write and maintain internal documentation and educate operations- and support team colleagues. <\/p><\/div><\/section><\/p><\/div>5+ years of working experience in configuring, implementing, and managing Microsoft 365 tools, with a focus on productivity and collaboration solutions.
<\/li>Advanced knowledge of MS Teams, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business. <\/li>Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment. <\/li>Solid know-how in IT systems, networking and technical security as well as strong analytical and system-oriented thinking.

<\/p><\/p>So what does a <\/span>Network Operations Center Specialist<\/b> do Think of yourself as someone who will <\/span>ensure maximum possible service availability and performance across the TaskUs Infrastructure. You will <\/span>monitor all infrastructure, development and environmental alerts to ensure 24x7 operations and minimal service impact.
You will <\/span>provide early warning and rapid response for each and every alert. <\/p><\/p>Imagine yourself going to work with one thing on your mind: to <\/span>monitor the network infrastructure health <\/span>perform troubleshooting <\/span>escalate incidents and requests to the next level of support for the resolution. <\/span><\/p><\/p>As an <\/span>Network Operations Center Specialist<\/b>, you will:<\/span><\/p>Validate the alert and escalate to appropriate IT technicians to have the issue investigated further.
<\/span><\/p><\/li><\/ul>Investigate issues, resolve problems, and communicate status. <\/span><\/p><\/li>Perform routine health checks over and above automated monitoring to ensure the quickest detection time for service affecting issues. <\/span><\/p><\/li>Respond to any number of alarms, alerts, or abnormal behaviors detected through reactive or proactive monitoring<\/span><\/p><\/li>Provide analysis through the monitoring systems to proactively identify network issues.
<\/span><\/p><\/li>Monitor the ticket queue for incoming service requests and respond\/resolve issues as required. <\/span><\/p><\/li>Engage in regular network troubleshooting activities and resolve network connectivity issues. <\/span><\/p><\/li>Generate periodic reports on network performance Provide metrics (internal and\/or customer-facing) to management as requested related to network performance.
<\/span><\/p><\/li>Ensure all activities are documented and tracked through the ticketing system. <\/span><\/p><\/li>Execute established procedures as it relates to event, incident, and change management. <\/span><\/p><\/li>Adhere to escalation procedures, task procedures, and troubleshooting processes.
<\/span><\/p><\/li>Maintain a team-focused attitude and work towards creating a healthy, respectful atmosphere. <\/span><\/p><\/li>Perform these duties in a flexible fashion as the Network Operations Center is open 24x7x365.<\/span><\/p><\/li>Participate and\/or be part of the NOC continuous improvement activities as defined. <\/span><\/p><\/li><\/ul><\/p>Do you have what it takes to become a <\/span>Network Operations Center Specialist<\/b><\/b><\/p><\/p>Requirements:<\/b><\/b><\/p>A degree in Computer Science, Electronics Engineering or equivalent work experience in an engineering field.
<\/span><\/p><\/li><\/ul>Minimum of 1 year Network Administration experience with in-depth hands-on experience in managing switches, routers and firewalls. <\/span><\/p><\/li>At least with exposure to Systems - server administration and the like. <\/span><\/p><\/li>Knowledge of Cisco IOS, network design and load balancers, a CCNA certification, and a knowledge of a wide number of routing protocols and transport technologies, including but not limited to BGP, EIGRP, RIP, IPVPN, MPLS, FR or ATM.
<\/span><\/p><\/li>An understanding of the ITIL framework is a plus. <\/span><\/p><\/li>Experience in creating, utilizing, and maintaining technical documentation. <\/span><\/p><\/li>Good English communication skills both verbal and written is needed.
<\/span><\/p><\/li>Confident and goal-oriented attitude with an ability to set and meet short and long-term objectives. <\/span><\/p><\/li>Able to work in a fast-paced environment with dynamic priority evolution, someone who has the ability to adapt to changing conditions and plans with well-reasoned decisions and minimal supervision. <\/span><\/p><\/li>Able to execute responsibilities with a high sense of urgency and a willingness to drive issues forward within established processes.
Plus the ability to begin troubleshooting any issue, problem, or oddity regardless of topic or content with a focus of assessment and engagement of proper external resources. <\/span><\/p><\/li>Able to work under pressure to meet deadlines, ability to adapt to change. <\/span><\/p><\/li>Able to work well independently and in a team environment plus experience in administering and managing SolarWinds tools is needed.

<\/li>Proficient knowledge and experience in Microsoft VISO and other Microsoft office and GSuite products. <\/li>Mandatory advanced knowledge and experience in complex network infrastructure in both dedicated and shared infrastructure using multiple key manufacture technologies: Cisco, Checkpoint, F5, Fotinet, Netscout, <\/li>Solarwinds, GCP. (Cisco ACI, UTM firewalls, load balancer, protocol analyzer)<\/li>Mandatory experience in various Telecom facilities focusing on redundancy: LANX, MPLS, VPN, etc.

<\/p><\/div><\/p>eLearning Developer<\/strong><\/p>As an eLearning Designer and Developer you will create training materials on all aspects of Five9's On-Demand Contact Center software solution. In this role, you will be a key contributor in building out and maintaining the training content for the Five9 Education Portal.
<\/p>Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>Design and develop training materials in an eLearning format for technical and non-technical audiences<\/li>Manage and execute graphic design and video development projects for instructional and presentation needs<\/li>Maintain training materials, courseware, and online content<\/li>Maintain and support the learning management system<\/li>Research and make recommendations on educational best practices, instructional resources, instructional technologies and multimedia hardware\/software to support teaching and learning<\/li><\/ul>Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>Associates degree in Instructional Design or equivalent, with at least 2 years of relevant experience in the execution of instructional design and curriculum or course creation and development - all preferably in a technology capacity with an eLearning emphasis<\/strong><\/li>Excellent written and verbal speaking skills in English<\/li>High proficiency in Adobe Captivate or other industry standard authoring tool<\/strong><\/li>Strong experience in creating CBT modules and upgrading existing eLearning courseware using industry standard tools (e.g. Authoring Tools, Multimedia, and MS Office Suite, etc.) and sound instructional design principles and learning theories<\/strong><\/li>Must possess a can do attitude and a strong customer focus mindset. Should have the drive to produce best in class projects by working well independently or collaboratively with other team members and key business partners of the Five9 community<\/li>Attentive to detail with excellent organization and time management skills and can perform efficiently with assigned complex tasks with multiple and competing priorities. <\/li>Quick learner in the area of new technology, able to rapidly learn and apply applications and tools to develop and deliver required and appropriate training solutions\/programs in an extremely fast paced environment.
