Is currently looking for:
MICROFINANCE / AREA COLLECTIONS HEAD
This position is primarily responsible for curing past due accounts in assigned area by managing internal field and desk collections officers, and external collection agencies to maintain loan portfolio delinquency at minimum and acceptable level.
Qualifications:
A graduate of any 4-year degree course.
Must have 5 years related experience in Collections preferably in banking or microfinance industry.
With people management and field collections experience.
Has good oral and written communication skills.
Preferably computer proficient.
Preferably drives own motorcycle.
Willing to do field work.
Willing to be assigned in the following locations:
Cebu City, Mandaue City, Lapulapu City , Cebu Provinces
Leyte (Tacloban, Tanauan, Ormoc, Maasin, Sogod, Baybay, Hilongos)
Samar (Catarman, Calbayog, Catbalogan, Borongan, Guiuan, Allen)
Naval Biliran, Palawan, Puerto Princesa, Bohol, Panay
Negros Oriental and Negros Occidental
