MDA Functions
1. Preparation of Premixes for production operation
2. Validation of micro ingredients, i.e. potency, correct material, prior to actual preparation of hand tipped ingredients.
3. Ensures correct weight component during manual weighing per batch according to classifications.
4. Ensures adequate/sufficient buffer stock of prepared hand tipped materials for next shift (as defined by plant capacity per shift)
5. Inventory of Micro ingredients before and after preparation of hand tipped premixes.
6. Inventory of Micro ingredients during month-end inventory.
7. Maintain housekeeping in Micro Ingredients preparation area.
MDA Qualifications
1. Candidate must be at least high school graduate/vocational graduate
2. Candidate must have basic technical/skills knowledge to be able to perform the MDA functions
3. Candidate must be with good moral character
4. Candidate with basic experience in Feed milling operations (preferred)
5. Candidate must be willing to work flexible hours including weekends to meet changing plant needs
6. Candidate must be willing to work on a shifting schedule
7. Candidate must be willing to be assigned in San Ildefonso, Bulacan
