The Microdosing Attendant will be assigned on the following tasks:
Prepares required hand-tippings based on up-to-date Mixing Guide.
Ensures the correctness of micro materials and additive inclusion in all phases of the mixing process.
Implements controls to prevent cross-contamination of additives and other ingredients.
Maintain accurate records of Mixing Guides, Material Usages and Inventory Reports. Records all RM transfers from warehouse to Add-mix Section and implements proper record keeping, distribution and disposal of records.
Ensures the correctness of efficacy and potencies of micro materials and additives used.
Assure compliance with company policies and procedures in regard to discipline, safety and disease prevention, and other established regulations.
Conducts daily verification of platform weighers used in mixing.
Ensures consistent implementation of FIFO & FEFO.
Responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation in the Add-mix Area.
Assists in the monthly physical inventory count of materials
Assists in Maintenance Activities and repair of equipment during breakdowns.
Qualifications:
Candidate must be at least vocational or high school graduate.
Experience in basic feedmilling operation is an advantage.
Willing to work on a shifting schedule.
