Micro Dosing Attendant Functions:
1. Preparation of premixes according to feedtype scheduled in production operation.
2. Validation of Micro Ingredients, i.e. potency and micro material, prior to actual preparation of premixes.
3. Ensure correct weight per components during preparation per batch.
4. Ensure sufficient buffer stock of prepared premix materials to ensure continuous operation (1st shift and 2nd shift).
5. Ensure correct inventory of micro ingredients before and after preparation of premix materials.
6. Inventory of micro ingredients during month end inventory.
7. Maintain housekeeping in Micro Ingredients preparation area.
MDA QUALIFICATIONS: 1. Candidate must be at least a high school graduate/vocational graduate.
2. Candidate must have basic technical/skills knowledge to be able to perform the MDA Functions.
3. Candidate must have good moral chraracter.
4. Candidate with basic experience in Feed Milling operations (preferred).
5. Candidate must be willing to work flexible hours including weekends to meet changing plant needs.
6. Candidate must be willing to work on a shifting schedule.
7. Candidate must be willing to be assigned in Mariveles, Bataan.
