Job Description:
· Managing of quality planning, quality control and quality assurance of components, assembly and quality system
· Implementation of quality requirement to achieve continuous improvement
· Maintenance and expansion of Quality management system and processes to achieve ZERO defect
· Planning and execution of internal and external audits
· Leader in addressing and fixing customer concerns & issues
· Leading a department and coaching the team and colleagues in application of quality techniques and methods
Qualifications
Qualification:
Successfully completed university or technical college with training in quality management
Working experience in semiconductor manufacturing
At least 10 years in managing people
Skills and Knowledge:
Engineering knowledge in assembly and/or Test process
Working knowledge in Quality Management
Efficient problem solving and analytical skills
Fluent in English, both spoken and written and good communication skills
