Lead, manage, and develop a global team of software developers / business analysts focusing on the Data Integration, YMS/Big Data manufacturing domain
Build and maintain strong working relationships with IT peers, cross-functional team members, internal customers, and external vendors
Communicate effectively across all levels of the organization and externally
Develop and deliver on a strategy that includes the provision of new solutions, the management/remediation of existing risks, and the continuous improvement of internal operations
Oversee the development and enhancement of new/existing integrations in response to defined business priorities
Deepen customer relationships: identifying needs, evaluating options, and increasing satisfaction
Function as a technical hands-on working member of the team when the situation requires
Qualifications
Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and/or related engineering field
Able to identify technology needs, formulate corresponding solutions, and utilize systematic methods/processes to further continuous improvement
Familiar with agile software development methodologies and best practices, general infrastructure design, and project management concepts and approaches
Can manage multiple concurrent tasks/projects along with the involvement of multiple types of resources (FTE's, vendors, contractors, interns, etc.)
Comfortable working in a dynamic, global environment, and with the communication involved
Manufacturing experience, preferably semiconductor, is an advantage
Knowledge of PDF Exensio Yield is an advantage
