Responsible for leading the department in problem identification, analysis, and resolution for multiple system provider database issues. Primary duties may include, but are not limited to: Manages the day to day operations of demographic data and network affiliations for the system capabilities and the lines of business within that area. Manages database requirements for new network/products for the designated system capabilities and lines of business. Determines training needs and trains less experienced associates and outside customers on multiple provider data base systems and business requirements. Audits for functional and business applications, and report accuracy standards. Hires, trains, coaches, counsels and evaluates performance of direct reports. Requires a BA/BS in Business or related field; 6 years of experience including 3 years of management experience in an operations environment; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.
