GENERAL ACCOUNTABILITY
Key Responsibilities:
Experienced in Manufacturing Processes and Technologies to provide business analyst and strategic design services, combining products and reusable components with strategies for integration of system, machine, and user interfaces, as well as high-level model decisions to meet the business requirements
Develop strategic relationships with the client's: solution director, project manager, implementation team, key stakeholders and business / project sponsors
Provide superior level customer service
Gather / vet high level requirements
Gather / vet detail requirements
Collaboratively author detail design specifications
Extend object and logic model based on detailed design
Assist with User Interface (UI) design and development
Identify / assist with touch point definition to support interface requirements
Provide upgrade services to existing clients
Provides hands-on assistance and mentoring related to project implementation, configuration, testing and software validation
Provide knowledge transfer to the customer team responsible for training, support, validation and deployment
Well versed with all Seabrook products, "mini" apps, offerings and accelerators
Capable of intelligently up-selling services and offerings to clients
Capable of understanding the importance of BI and where it fits in the overall MES/MOM solution
Capable of assisting with product offering strategy and design
Troubleshoot customer issues
Provide timely, accurate, and friendly support to the customer base, both internal and external
Reproduce issues in-house, if necessary, for troubleshooting and testing
Provide Internal support
Assist internal consulting, training and education resources as requested
Assist internal consultants with problems that arise in the course of an engagement
Documentation
Create postings to Seabrook's forum / knowledgebase that assist consultants with "self-help" troubleshooting and provide answers to common situations / errors
Assist with maintaining any relevant SOPs for job functions
Other Duties
As assigned on a project basis
Mentoring
Provide general leadership to Seabrook team in areas of expertise
Assist with training entry level consultants

Experience:
Required:
5- 8 years of experience as a senior systems analyst, senior database administrator, or other IT management experience
5 - 8 years of experience in architectural design involving MES/MOM applications, integration with other major applications (ERP, HMI / SCADA, APS, PDM, etc.)
Familiar with integration approaches, framework technologies, or other application integration toolsets
Understanding of manufacturing operations
2 - 4 years working in a manufacturing environment / discipline
Desired:
Experience working in a consultative role with clients
Experience with Medical Device or Regulated Industry
Experience with Validation and Verification
