Job Description
·         Preparation of cost plan, cost estimates and value engineering
·         Preparation of Bill Quantities which include BQ measurement
·         Preparation of tender documents, tender evaluation and tender report
·         Contract documentation, valuation of progress payment, variation assessment, and cost control report
·         Evaluation of actual work accomplishment at site
·         Evaluation of Project Manager’s Instruction (PMI) and Work Authorization Order (WAO) based on contract terms and reconciliation with contractors
·         Preparation and finalization of project final accounts
·         Provide coordination and liaison with project management throughout the estimate development
·         Determination of scope of work and cost allowance by reviewing contract documents and contract modification
·         Review compliance of technical specifications indicated in the proposal
 
Job Qualifications
·         Graduate of Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering and Mechanical Engineering
·         Preferably 5 years of construction projects working experience in Consultancy/Contracting Firm
·         Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Power Point)
·         Knowledgeable in AutoCad
·         Be familiar with PSMM
·         Having the experience of CubiCosts software would be an advantage
·         Excellent interpersonal skills
