MEPF QUANTITY SURVEYOR
Qualifications:
A graduate of Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
At least one year of work experience in cost estimation or quantity surveying covering mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire protection.
Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office.
Knowledgeable in AutoCAD.
Efficient, Team Player, and Trustworthy.
Job responsibilities:
Carry out Cost Estimates/Quantity take-off.
Monitors project costs.
Conduct cost study and cost analysis
Carry out a plan review
Carry out actual validation on site
