MEPF DESIGNER
 
JOB DESCRIPTION:
With at least 5 years experiences on MEPF Designing, Shop drawings, CAD management and as Built Drawings
Detailer and knows how to 3D using sketch up or equivalent 3D modelling.
With working experience in piping both fire pro and plumbing, electrical & electronic layout plans, ability to develop piping isometric and take-off spool drawings.
Knowledgeable about methods and materials of construction and design principles
Team player with above communication and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated, hardworking under pressure and willing to work overtime
JOB QUALIFICATION
Candidate must be license, Architect/Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
Required skill(s): excellent in CADD application, knowledgeable on MEPF/Architectural, Plumbing, Fire pro, Electro Mechanical and Electronics drawings,
Can interpret construction drawings, ability to develop piping, fire pro, electrical and electronics in isometric, and 3D sketch up drawings.
Above Average communication skills
Strong analytical and planning skill
Must be willing to be assigned either in-house or on site.
Skills:
Computer proficiency using applications and techniques in AutoCAD software, Sketch up 3D presentation Rendering
Microsoft office (word, excel and power point)
Can work without direct supervision
Strong interpersonal skills.
Good in writing and listening skills
