About the Role
 
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced individual who will be responsible for managing the membership records and databases, communicating effectively with current and potential members, and coordinating membership events and activities.
 
Responsibilities;
Accurate Records: Maintain accurate and up-to-date membership records and databases.
Member Support: Coordinate membership orientations and offer support to new members. Respond to members' inquiries and concerns promptly to ensure a positive experience.
Event Collaboration: Collaborate with the Executive Secretary on membership events to promote participation and ensure a successful experience for all attendees.
Administrative Tasks: Provide administrative support for membership-related tasks, including sending out membership renewal reminders, ensuring compliance with SOA requirements, and regularly updating the membership database.
Qualifications;
Graduate of any four-year college course.
At least two years of work experience in a similar role, preferably in a membership-based or client-based organization.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
High commitment to accuracy.
Trustworthy and reliable.
