JOB DESCRIPTION:
Supervise the day- to- day operation of the branch in the absence of the Branch Manager
Report to the Branch Manager all concerns related to the day to day operation
Conducts Pre-Membership Education Seminar (PMES)
Verification of Member's information details encoded in the system
Filing and monitoring of members records (system and hard files)
Member Relations Officer (Customer care handling)
Handle and supervise all coop activities (coop week, members trainings, outreach program, etc)
