Is currently looking for:
MEMBERSHIP FACILITATOR
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Facilitates the scheduling, and presentation of the Project Knowledge seminar (virtual/physical) to the existing and potential members daily;
Coordinates with the key personnel regarding schedules, and confirmations of attendees;
Monitors assigned headcounts and targets;
Address customers/members satisfaction issues promptly;
Submit reports to the Branch Manager on membership targets;
Perform other task as assigned by the Immediate Head from time to time.
REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATION:
At least Senior High School/College level/ or graduate of any Marketing related course
1+ years of sales experience.
Excellent customer service and sales skills.
Strong verbal and written communicator.
Excellent phone and presentation skills.
Excellent in both verbal and written communications.
Proficient in Microsoft applications, social media, zoom meetings and other communication tools.
