Is currently looking for:
 
MEDICAL VIRTUAL ASSISTANT (night shift, open to college level and graduates, 4 vacant positions)
 
A medical virtual assistant provides administrative support to US healthcare clinicians.
 
TASKS:
Transcribing medical dictations (live meetings and recordings)
Populating the care plan into the electronic medical record
Ensuring accurate and timely completion of medical reports
Reviewing patient bills for accuracy, completeness, and transmit claims using billing software
Processing authorizations and justifications of medical visits
Calling clinics/centers for referral of patients to medical specialists
Calling patients for scheduling of medical visits
Strictly adhere and comply with HIPAA policies
QUALIFICATIONS:
Open to college level and graduates of Bachelor Science in Nursing and allied medical courses
Knowledge of medical terminologies and G-Suite
Good English communication skills
Keen to details
Experience in US healthcare, a plus
Experience in BPO, a plus
JOB LOCATION AND SCHEDULE:
Hybrid setup (once/twice a week on site within Jones Avenue)
9 pm to 6 am, Monday to Friday
SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS for WFH:
Processor: Core i3-5th gen / AMD A8 / Ryzen 3 (2015 or later)
Memory/RAM: at least 8.00 GB
Operating System: at least Windows 10
SALARY:
Starting rate at Php 18, 000
