About the Role
We are urgently hiring RNs, USRNs, MedTechs, OTs, and PTs to join our team as Healthcare Support Specialists/Medical Virtual Assistants for US-based healthcare providers. You will work onsite and provide both clinical and administrative support to help streamline patient care and clinic operations.
Key Responsibilities
Provide remote clinical and administrative assistance to US physicians and healthcare practices
Review, update, and maintain patient charts, medical records, and documentation
Assist with appointment scheduling, patient follow-ups, and care coordination
Manage patient communication according to established clinical protocols
Support tasks such as referrals, documentation, order entry, and prior authorization processing
Conduct accurate charting and data entry within EMR/EHR systems
Collaborate with physicians and team members to ensure smooth workflow
Maintain strict compliance with HIPAA and internal data security standards
Qualifications
Active license as:
Registered Nurse (RN) Medical Technologist (RMT)
Occupational Therapist (OTR/OT)
Physical Therapist (PTR/PT)
Experience in clinical or healthcare settings preferred
Strong English communication skills
Familiarity with medical terminology
Comfortable working with EMR/EHR platforms
Able to work onsite and follow US healthcare schedules
Detail-oriented, organized, and adaptable
