Preferred: Registered Nurse (RN) with an active PRC license
Also accepted: Doctor of Medicine (MD), Registered Medical Technologist (RMT), Pharmacist, or Radiologic Technologist (Radtech)
Note: Applications from other professions will not be considered
Willing to undergo 3-week training for free.
Experience Requirements:
Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in a hospital, clinical setting, or teaching medical-related subjects
Internship experience is acceptable for MDs (Doctors) only
BPO customer service/ MedVA experience is an advantage, but not mandatory
Skills Needed:
Strong English communication skills and a pleasant phone demeanor
Excellent attention to detail, organization, and multitasking ability
Able to work independently while being a team player
Comfortable using digital tools and online platforms
Technical Setup:
Must have a dual-monitor setup (laptop/PC with a backup device)
Supported operating systems: Windows 11 or macOS Ventura 13 (or newer)
Internet speed must be at least 50 Mbps, with a backup internet option (prepaid or pocket Wi-Fi is acceptable)
Work Schedule & Compensation:
Schedule: Pacific Time (Graveyard Shift - PH time)
Full-time: 40 hours/week
Pay Rate: $4.5 USD per hour
