MedSpecialized, Inc. is looking for a Medical Transcriptionist!
About the account: DrCatalyst
DrCatalyst (DrC) is a remote healthcare staffing organization that has over 250 billable staff from the Philippines. We are looking for Medical Transcriptionists who are ready to transcribe audio files and take dictations from their client.
The Medical Transcriptionist is required to report in our IT Park office in Cebu.
Work Schedule and Arrangement: 8AM - 5PM (PHT), Onsite work
Office Location: 8F Skyrise 4B, Cebu IT Park, W Geonzon St, Cebu City
Responsibilities:
Convert audio file and download to express scribe
Transcribe within 24 hours all the files received during the day
Ensure 98% to 100% accuracy in the transcription of the audio file sent by the client
Proofread all transcriptions prior to entering the data in visit note to avoid errors
Enter data in IMS Visit Note once proofreading is completed
Notify the client after the completion of entering data in IMS Visit Note
Complete all dictations for the day from the client
Perform additional tasks that are dependent on the client's requests
Requirements:
Graduate of any course or with a certificate program from a Medical Transcriptionist school
Strongly prefer 2 years experience as a medical transcriptionist
Good attention to detail
Typing speed of 55 WPM with 95% accuracy in transcription
Good listening, comprehension, and research skills
Good English grammar and pronunciation both oral and written
Knowledge of medical terminology
Ability to focus and concentrate with little distraction
Must be willing to relocate to Cebu
Salary and monetary benefits (in PHP):
Monthly salary of 16,000 - 18,000
New hire bonus of 5,000
Monthly risk allowance of 2,000
