Description
2. Assesses indigent patient/clientele to possible referrals.
3. Makes referrals necessary in granting their request for assistance.
4. Makes social case study report that would serve as referrals to other government agencies.
5. Assists the Admitting Staff on duty, Billing section and Hospital Administrator with regards to the case of patient.
6. Conducts interview and data gathering related to patient's relatives.
7. Counsels the patient's family who has financial problem and having elective cases such as those suffering from heart, kidney and cancer disease and mental illness and trauma cases.
8. Coordinates with the billing, Credit and Collection Section to provide comprehensive assessment of the patient which includes emotional, psychological and economic assessment.
9. Conducts home visit as necessary

Minimum education level: Bachelor ́s Degree
