THE OPPORTUNITY: MEDICAL RECORDS SPECIALIST
 
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Medical Records Specialist to join our pioneering graveyard team. The ideal candidate will manage, maintain, and secure all patient medical records and related documents. This role ensures compliance with healthcare regulations and provides accurate and timely information to healthcare professionals, supporting exceptional patient care.
 
To be successful in this role you will need:
Bachelor's Degree in any Allied Medical Course (e.g., Nursing, Pharmacy, Biology, Physical Therapy/Occupational Therapy)
Recent graduates and those without a professional license are welcome to apply
At Least 1 year clinical/hospital experience
Experience in the BPO industry is an advantage.
Analytical, detail-oriented, organized and can work well under pressure
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, but also in a team environment
Familiarity in navigating electronic medical records is a plus but not required
Working knowledge of Medicare home health guidelines a plus but not required
