The office in Cebu, Philippines is responsible for medical record processing operations -- RNs, Medical Technologists, Pharmacists, Physical and Occupational Therapists, Data Processors and Retrieval Agents who work hand-in-hand with a wide-range of medical records, creating usable databases and beautiful patient timelines.
Job Brief
We are looking for a Medical Records Analyst to join our team and act as a point of contact of all clinical escalations.
Your role as Medical Records Analyst is important in handling complex clinical data and escalating it with our San Francisco team. You will be the point of contact of the Medical Records Processors to all clinical data escalations.
Responsibilities
Research and Escalation
Document and handle highly complex, technically advanced research requests from team members
Assure consistency in research protocols
Document and modify operational protocols
Facilitate fortnightly calibration sessions in partnership with quality control team
Handle and resolve escalations in an accurate and timely manner
Requirements
Graduate of Bachelors of Science in Nursing
With active US RN license
Preferably with Clinical Research or Medical Records Reviewer experience
Sound decision making and organisational skills
Ability to present complex information to a variety of audiences
