Duties and Responsibilities:
• Coordinate with other Receptionists and Admin Staff
• Data entry and database management
• Manage phone calls and emails
• Schedule and confirm appointments
• Answer and direct patient appointments and queries
• Typing of general correspondence
• Assist in providing Admin support when needed
Qualifications and Experience:
• Degree in Office Administration, Business Management or related
• At least 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Proficient in MS Office and Google Apps
• Ability to adapt to new tools and software
• Good time management and organisational skills
• Inquisitive and able to ask the right questions
• Patient/forbearing with people of different demographics
• A problem-solver, knows how to troubleshoot and provide solutions for patients
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
• Willing to go above and beyond
• Ideally with Receptionist/Clinic Receptionist background
• Medical or clinical background would be an advantage
• Must be willing to work in Clark, Pampanga
