Reviews complex medical requests and document into utilization management system
Communicates with providers to resolve any issues on requests
Receives escalated calls for both consumers and team members
Ensures reporting and documentation properly completed
Identifies issues and trends within team and report to management
Mentors junior staff and provide quality review
Can type at least 25wpm
