Description
• Accommodate patients for PCR testing based on their endorsement. Assist them in filling up forms needed before undergoing PCR testing. Make sure that all patient signs a log sheet for monitoring.
• Encode personal information of patients for PCR testing using the system of PCR.
• Print correct labels for specimens attached to 2 (two) zip locks.
• Control crowds to maintain proper social distancing among them at the waiting area.
• Be able to generate lists that are required and needed for the patient specimen results and for billing.
Job Qualifications:
• At least college level
• Computer literate; proficient using Microsoft Suite
• Confident using office machinery (printers, fax machines, photocopiers, etc.)
• Fast and proficient typist
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; excellent customer service skills
• Ability to write clearly and help with word processing when necessary.
• Warm personality with strong communication skills.
• Ability to work well under limited supervision.
• Experience as an office assistant or in a related field.
