THE OPPORTUNITY: MEDICAL CODING MANAGER
As a Medical Coding Manager, you are responsible for staffing, assignment, and managing the productivity and output quality of the medical coders and ensuring the coding quality meets the client-specific protocols.
WHAT IT TAKES
Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Physical Therapy, Medical Technology, Respiratory Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Radiologic Therapy, Pharmacy, Biology or other Medical Allied Health courses
AAPC Member (Certified Professional Coder)/active PRC license is a plus
Proven experience as a Medical Coder; exposure in ICD9/10 coding & CPT code
Must be analytically inclined and detailed-oriented
At least 1-3 years of management/leadership experience preferably in a healthcare BPO
With excellent leadership, communication, and people management skills
Willing to work onsite (Robinsons Cybergate site)
WORK SETUP
Day shift from 7 AM - 4 PM
Fixed weekends off
Hybrid work arrangement
