About the Role:
Insurance processing
Verify and update information
Insurance information entered into the system
Schedule management, maintaining 99% accuracy in our scheduling
Maintain accuracy of patient's data
Maintaining 99% accuracy in our charges
Qualifications:
Medical insurance billing and bookkeeping or accounting experience required, good with numbers and data
Must be highly organized and pays careful attention to detail
Must be able to learn via watching training videos, we do not provide one on one training, all training is done via the training videos that were recorded
Proactive and takes responsibility for their tasks, and does not provide excuses on why they didn't get the job done
With strong English communication skills and comprehension
Must be a fast learner and able to adapt quickly
US medical insurance/medical office experience will be highly advantageous
Independent, self-sufficient, and highly resourceful
Values integrity and reliability
Has a good initiative to keep the client abreast at all times
