Accurately enter dental insurance claims into the billing software
Review patient records to ensure accurate claim submission
Verify insurance information and eligibility as needed
Follow up on unpaid or denied claims to ensure timely reimbursement
Maintain organized digital records of all billing activities
Communicate with dental offices, insurance providers, and patients when necessary
Ensure compliance with HIPAA and other billing regulations
Requirements
Proven experience in medical or dental billing (1-2 years preferred)
