ABOUT THE JOB:
Open to Philippine residents ONLY!
MUST HAVES :
MUST BE A PHILIPPINE RESIDENT
Willing to work full time for a Graveyard shift
Fluency in ENGLISH both written and verbal
Strong knowledge of the US Medical Industry, jargon, and process
At least 10 years of experience in end-to-end Medical Billing
Knowledgeable and experienced in Insurance verification and Prior Authorization process
Experienced in reading ERAs, payment postings, and billing OT/PT.SLP outpatient services
Detail Oriented
Certification is a PLUS
Must have own equipment/tools
PC/Laptop - minimum of i3 / Ryzen 3 processor and at least 8GB RAM
Main Internet Service Provider - must be a wired connection with at least 25mbps internet speed
Backup Internet Service Provider - can either be a wired connection or a wireless connection (modem broadband or pocket wifi) with at least 10mbps for both upload and download speed
RESPONSIBILITIES:
All aspects involving Medical Billing
Reading ERAs
Identify appropriate medical codes for invoices/claims
Inbound and Outbound Calls
Post payments
Follow-up Insurance Providers/Patients
Process appeals and denials
Insurance Verification
Prior Authorization
