JOB SUMMARY
This role is expected to coordinate the execution and continued quality of the client’s department processes, perform assigned duties including but not limited to telephonic on-line authorization of routine services, contacting specialty care providers, monitoring patient eligibility, and performing on-line data entry of routine authorizations/denials.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS
Graduate of health allied course; BS or MS degree in Genetics, Molecular Genetics, Cancer Biology or Biological Sciences, Pharmacy
Preferably with at least 6 months clinical / hospital bedside care experience
Oncology background
Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry and of regulatory processes
In-depth understanding of Oncology for international medical research
Willingness to work in shifting schedules
