About the Role & What you can Expect
A Media Buyer negotiates cost per lead rates with publishers to get the best price for our clients as well as managing overall performance to ensure we are delivering high quality leads to our clients at the right time!
• Take part in a 2-week on-boarding program on the technology we offer, the industries we serve, the systems we use as well as professional sales training.
• Participate in ongoing training and coaching sessions after on-boarding which includes professional development, sales training, systems training, and product training.
• Follow 'best practice' & web leads+ process to ensure we are delivering the best quality leads at the best price to our clients
• Work with all our Business Units Globally
• Manage 50+ Publishers Globally
• Check & feedback on Publisher creatives before passing to account teams
• Work closely with NBD/AM/CMs to build briefs, monitor performance and make recommendations to optimize campaign performance
• Build an in-depth knowledge of our partner capability globally to enable them to make recommendations into the account teams as to what works
Our Desired Qualifications
• Preferably with at least 2+ years Media Buyer experience or Similar
• Fluent, professional Business English (verbal and written).
• Confident in using Microsoft Office applications with HIGH CONFIDENCE in using Excel is essential
• Should be Super Organized, Excellent work & time management skills, and Strong analytical skills
• You want to help and serve our clients: They win, so you win. You are both an Individual and Team Player
• Organization & project management skills, especially aligning EIMS activity with client-specific systems and processes
• Excellent accuracy and attention to detail
• Independent worker who needs minimal guidance
• Fast and curious learner
