Duties and Responsibilities:
The Mechanical Supervisor acts as the overall Mechanical Works Coordinator.
Operates as overall Mechanical Quality Control - Site Inspections, Coordination on QC with Contractors.
Assists the Construction Manager (CM) during weekly meetings on Construction and Safety and reviews the Mechanical Works RFA / RFC.
Supports the CM in assessing design works pertaining to mechanical matters; ensures that all works executed are in accordance with drawings, specifications and standards.
Aids the CM in the implementation and administration of Contractor's Contractual Obligation to RLC.
Reviews drawings and specifications and raises any conflicts or concerns on constructability and advises any potential Value Engineering Items.
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam), Engineering (Mechanical) or equivalent.
At least 3 year(s) of working experience as MPF Engineer
