We are committed to solving the world's biggest challenges in the areas of water, energy and urbanization. We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Mechanical Revit Modeler to join our Building Engineering team. You must be an experienced Revit Modeler with practice carrying out drafting, technical design and basic technical tasks requiring accuracy in calculations, completeness of data and consistency to prescribed drafting methods. Role responsibilities: Drafting, design and modelling experience across all stages of the project including, concept design, schematic design, design development and contract documentation, demonstrating your knowledge of detail (LOD) requirements for each design stage Deliver high quality technical MEP design within scope, time frame and budget Revit MEP model development for building services projects Assist the design on projects by completing the BIM management plan Maintain the standards and guidelines for all discipline models with regards to LOD and interaction with the central model Interact with the GHD team to implement the BIM workflow requirements Development and refinement of mechanical services libraries and templates To be successful in the role you will: At least 5 years' experience in mechanical modelling of building project Expertise with the use of REVIT MEP, BIM databases and model management Ability to conduct heat load calculation, select mechanical equipment and duct and pipework and produce professional layouts Expertise with the use of BIM360 for model collaboration, coordination and clash detection Expertise with the use of AutoCAD, Bluebeam and Microsoft office products Experience in Australian standards Applicants must be a Filipino citizen or have the right to work in the Philippines.
