Qualifications:
Must be a graduate of Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
With at least 5 years of experience in project construction management.
Proficient in mechanical, plumbing and fire protection planning and design.
With strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Can connect and coordinate with project contractors.
Abreast with current MEPF technologies and industry practices.
Proficient in AudoCad application.
Responsibilities:
Manage the mechanical, plumbing and fire protection project implementation stage to ensure timely completion of the assigned project.
Manage mechanical, plumbing and fire protection contractors.
Manage and control resources and owner-supplied materials.
Coordinate closely with Technical Planning Team.
Conducts technical plan reviews and coordination meetings to ensure clash-free implementation.
Audit the works of the contractors and endorse recommendations.
