Job Description
Familiarity with equipment related to the facility maintenance operations, such as Domestic water pumps, Sump pumps and motors.
Ability to diagnostic tools to identify mechanical issues and take corrective action
Comfortable working at heights, in confined spaces, and in inclement weather conditions
Excellent communication skills; ability to effectively explain technical issues to non-technical audiences
Qualifications:
A minimum of 3 year(s) of working experience is required.
Candidates must be a Bachelor's / College Degree holder in Engineering(Mechanical) or similar fields.
Male applicants are preferred for this role.
Has experience in Fire Pumps & Chilled water pumps and related equipment.
Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings and specifications.
