Description
A Global Producer of Industrial Minerals is looking for a Mechanical Maintenance Supervisor who will ensure efficiency and improve plant reliability by managing and leading planning, inspection, drawing and lubrication activities without increasing maintenance cost.
Duties and responsibilities will include:
Improves maintenance efficiency by conducting feasibility studies and determining CAPEX
Controls technical documentation, work order system and develops maintenance systems
Tracks and monitors activities by handled section
Responsible in preparing electrical and mechanical maintenance programs weekly, annual shutdowns, inspections and oiling programs together with the Production Department
Carries out maintenance cost and department budget planning
Ensures compliances to health and safety policies, company standards and OSHA requirements.
Qualifications and skills required:
Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering
At least 5 years Supervisory experience with exposure in industries such as Cement, Manufacturing or heavy industries
Knowledgeable in ERBA based systems or Computerized Maintenance Management System
Experience in developing and implementing preventive and predictive maintenance processes.
