Qualifications:
Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineer
With at least 2 to 5 years of experience in Food Manufacturing
Duties:
Directly responsible for the mechanical maintenance of all plants, machines, equipment, tools, appliances, etc. including company vehicles and plumbing / fire protection system and building maintenance for safety, normal satisfactory operating conditions and in accordance with standards.
l. Preventive maintenance
Reviews / evaluates all plants existing and new mechanical installations / layouts and executes appropriate actions.
Undergoes routinary monitoring / inspection according to prepared scheduling or program and undertakes necessary actions during the course of such inspections.
ll. Mechanical Repair
Prepares detailed work schedule of repair jobs in coordination with production department, etc.
Responds to emergency maintenance requests.
lll. Others
Receives / reviews evaluates quotations and proposals by prospective suppliers and contractors, in coordination with assigned department / personnel.
