Job Description
Troubleshooting and repairing malfunctioning equipment, hydraulic system including resealing in any kind of hydraulic cylinder.
Replacing defective hoses, overhaul any kind of hydraulic function manifold, traction manifold, hydraulic drive pump, fault finding in hydraulic and electrical system.
Reads and interprets diagrams and schematic drawings in Hydraulics, Pneumatics, electrical and electronics, analyze faults and carry out repairs.
Assembling, evaluating, testing and maintaining electrical cabling and electronic components.
Repairing and replacing defective components in motors, generators, controllers, storage batteries, switchboards, conductors, switches and varied electrical and electronic fixtures.
Qualifications:
A minimum of 5 year(s) of working experience is required.
Candidates must be a Bachelor's / College Degree holder in Others or similar fields.
With extensive experience in repair and safety testing of all EWP equipments, generator, light towers, welding generators, mobile air compressor
With experience in overhauling engines, hydraulic pumps and drives, cylinders and control valves, traction drives, servicing, teardown and assembling, start-up and commissioning of rental fleet equipment.
Additional Information:
Travels throughout PNG inspecting, servicing, repairing and signing all EWP equipment off as complying with the manufacturers safe working specifications.
