Responsible in coordinating on site job installation
Coordinate installation/servicing works in Cavite/South Luzon area.
Schedule and assign workload to technicians based on actual bodybuilder's schedule and advise. Prepare materials and admin requests.
Prepare dispatch of technicians to work site and arrange logistics of materials.
Implement health and safety protocols in body builders and clients site.
Report daily accomplishment of work done by team. Encode Time and Motion of technicians. Prepare weekly department report.
Prepare liquidations of project expenses.
Receive petty cash for technician allowance and on site material purchases.
Monitor and prepare summary of overtime of technicians.
Prepare Incident Reports for materials, design and technician behavior/incident.
Directly reporting to Senior Engineer assigned to installation
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, preferably Mechanical Engineering. New graduates are welcome to apply.
Knowledgeable in Basic HVAC concepts
Computer literate and knows how to use Basic MS Office applications (Word, Excel, etc.)
Knowledgeable in making engineering or CAD drawings
Possesses good critical thinking and problem solving skills
With good communication skills (able to simplify and explain technical concepts in simple terms)
