Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Lapu-Lapu for a Mechanical Engineering Supervisor. The role involves supervising maintenance activities, coordinating preventive maintenance schedules, managing a maintenance team, and ensuring regular equipment inspections. The supervisor will also be responsible for troubleshooting mechanical issues, maintaining equipment functionality, and ensuring operational efficiency within the facility.
 
Qualifications
✔️Strong Supervisory Skills to effectively manage teams and maintenance tasks
✔️Expertise in Preventive Maintenance and Maintenance Management techniques
✔️Proficiency in performing Inspections and managing facility Maintenance tasks
✔️Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills
✔️Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
✔️Previous experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment is an advantage
✔️Strong communication and leadership abilities.
