Responsibilities:
Establishing Preventive Maintenance Schedule for all Machines and Equipment of the Miglanilla and Mandaue Plant. Ensuring that all scheduled Preventive Maintenance for all machines and equipment must be followed to maximize equipment reliability and minimized unplanned downtime. Update the Equipment Facilities Maintenance Schedule of both Minglanilla and Mandaue Plant.
Trouble Shooting of Machine and Equipment breakdown and conduct repair and process purchase request of needed spare parts. Observe proper procedure in handling documentation of the repair done on the machine.
Conduct regular Inspection of Major Machines and Equipment of Minglanilla and Mandaue Plant to identify potential issues and address them proactively.
Update the Equipment Facilities Master List for new and existing machines and equipment of the company/plant. Identify operational and damaged equipment and tagged it accordingly. Ensure that damaged tools and equipment must be stored in a safe place before the approved disposal.
Update the Quality Risk Assessment under maintenance for Minglanilla and Mandaue Plant. Asses the activities/processes under maintenance (both Minglanilla and Mandaue Plant) and identify risks and opportunities and create Corrective Actions to ensure that risk are minimized and or eliminated.
Ensure that all equipment under maintenance must have a completely filled-out Repair Form. Maintain accurate documentation of maintenance activities, including work orders, repair logs, and equipment history records. Keep a record of all the machine downtime and create analysis. Also, maintain a record of all spare parts of each machine
