JOB DESCRIPTION
Evaluate, inspect, maintain, design, analyze and improve various types of equipment, including electronic and mechanical equipment.
Will include testing and overseeing the production of equipment, as well as performing extensive and complex repairs on existing equipment.
JOB QUALIFICATION
Male or female
25-45 years old
With at least one (1) years work experience.
With pleasing personality and must be physically fit.
With technical knowledge in kitchen equipment, baking equipment and refrigeration.
Must have a Bachelor's degree in engineering or sub-field of engineering (Licensed)
Must be able to work in different areas such as electrical, mechanical or computer engineering
Willing to work on skeletal schedule.
Willing to go on out of town of project and can render overtime if needed.
Can supervise and handle people.
Can install, diagnose, repair, and perform preventive maintenance on commercial cooking equipment such as ovens, convection ovens, conveyor-ovens, combi-ovens, fryers, grills, slicers, steamers, refrigeration and other kitchen equipment.
Ability to effectively communicate with the customer.
Ability to work independently, under pressure, and without close supervision; willing and able to consistently work the schedule required by job demands.
