With at least 3 years of experience in project management, construction of buildings and land development projects. Team player, flexible and pro-active. Must have sense of urgency and understand work efficiency. Preferably with background in aircon installation. Willing to be assigned in Mandaluyong project site. Job Responsibilities Responsible for overseeing the mechanical works. Responsible for planning and evaluating the air conditioning systems. Responsible for the implementations and monitoring of all mechanical related operations at the site as per approved drawings and methods and safety rules. Prepares cost and time analysis and detailed cost breakdown.
